Braces Treatment

Braces Treatment

1. Brush Your Teeth Regularly and Properly
Brushing your teeth at least twice a day with fluoride toothpaste significantly reduces the risk of cavities.

  • After breakfast in the morning

  • Before going to bed at night

When brushing, make sure to clean the tooth surfaces, gums, and your tongue.

2. Don’t Neglect Flossing
The bristles of a toothbrush cannot reach the spaces between teeth, which are ideal spots for plaque and food debris to accumulate. Daily flossing prevents cavities from forming between the teeth.

3. Avoid Sugary and Acidic Foods
Sugar is converted into acid by bacteria in the mouth, and this acid damages the enamel layer.

  • Carbonated drinks

  • Candies and sweets

  • Excessive consumption of fruit juices

Limiting these foods and drinks is important for maintaining your oral health.
